Dr Timo Varpula, a keen athlete, woke up one night with his heart racing. Finding the cause took months, and there was no device on the market for recording an ECG at home. So he built one.
We founded the company in Helsinki in 2015 together with doctors and health technology experts. Beat2Phone ECG is designed and made in Finland.
Our goal is simple: anyone should be able to monitor their heart rhythm reliably and affordably, wherever they are.
Populations are ageing, and the need for atrial fibrillation screening is growing. Beat2Phone is a Finnish way to run long ECG recordings without adhesive electrodes. We are growing in Finland and looking for resellers in the Nordics and across Europe.
